How can we make 100-year-old company values relevant and inspiring today?
A multinational manufacturer asked us to improve its company values, but we felt they were pretty good. The real opportunity was to bring them to life in a much more engaging way. We studied the founder’s own memoirs, and used his life to create a beautiful animated fable, which positioned current employees as continuing a legacy that went back 100 years.
How do we remove the barriers that stop people from accessing mental health services?
The UK has a mental health crisis. We worked with a local health authority to raise awareness of its community support centre, and encourage more people to access its services. By understanding the barriers that put people off, we developed a campaign to spread the word, and changed the experience of walking into the centre to make it more welcoming.
How can placemaking inspire innovation within an organisation?
A global brand wanted to create a best-in-class innovation hub on its Asian campus, by reimagining a huge factory site. We immersed ourselves in the science and psychology of placemaking, to understand how environments shape culture and empower employees. We then created a set of cutting-edge designs to encourage productivity and the cross-pollination of new ideas.
