We usually work with organisations as long-term collaborators, but we also offer one-off workshops to help teams tackle their most pressing challenges.
Each session is designed with our in-house behavioural scientist, and teams leave equipped with a wide range of actionable takeaways, to apply their learnings immediately.
Spotlight™ Psychometric Profiling
– With Accredited Practitioner & Coach, Georgina Williams
To work better together, people need to understand themselves and each other, and turn that knowledge into practical action.
The Spotlight approach creates a nuanced and dynamic picture of a team's professional strengths and preferences, to drive better performance.
Time and place:
Profiling takes three hours per person, and the team session is two to four hours, depending on numbers.
Who's it for?
New teams figuring each other out; teams experiencing rapid change; teams experiencing friction or tension.
What you’ll learn:
A detailed map of your natural prefences and a clear sense of how those dovetail with the rest of your team. Practical ways to use that awareness, now and in the future.
What makes it useful:
Traditional personality profiles can be quite static – Spotlight focuses on adaptability and how different characteristics change as the context changes. A focus on practical insight narrows the gap between knowing things about yourself, and doing something with that knowledge.
Hearts and Minds – Led by Sam Lightfinch
The difference between good communication and great communication is all about the audience – how do they receive and respond to what they’re hearing?
In this workshop we’ll show you how to make your storytelling more effective and engaging, to drive tangible impact.
Time and place:
One day, either in your office or in our custom workshop space.
Who's it for?
Leaders (C-suite, founders, department heads) who need help finessing their story; leaders who are confident their story is good, but want to make sure it resonates more meaningfully.
What you’ll learn:
The power of story to align and inspire an organisation and what good looks like; how delivery and reinforcement drive resonance; how to understand audiences in a more nuanced way.
What makes it useful:
Storytelling is a popular business topic right now, but this workshop focuses on its strategic ability to directly affect your business goals.
Revaluing Your Values – Led by Rob Alderson
Company values are not a nice-to-have. Done properly, they are powerful management tools that align people and drive performance.
In this workshop we’ll show you why values matter so much, and explain how any organisation can use their values in a more impactful way.
Time and place:
One day, either in your office or in our custom workshop space.
Who's it for?
Leaders (C-suite, founders, department heads) who think their values could be stronger; leaders who think their values are good, but want them to shape more of their organisation’s day-to-day.
What you’ll learn:
What good values look like; why values often slip into irrelevance; the three stages that lead to better company values – create, deliver and embed.
What makes it useful:
Too many organisations choose off-the-shelf values that mean everything and nothing. We’ll show you how to create values that improve your culture, drive your strategy, and help you attract and retain the right people.
The Behavioural Science Toolkit – Led by Georgina Williams
Teams spend a lot of time grappling with new technology and what it will mean, but much less understanding people, who are the core of any business.
In this session, we’ll talk you through key ideas from the world of behavioural science, to help you better engage and motivate people across your organisation.
Time and place:
One day, either in your office or in our custom workshop space.
Who's it for?
Leaders (C-suite, founders, department heads) who are new to behavioural science; teams who know a bit about behavioural science but aren’t sure how to apply it day-to-day.
What you’ll learn:
Why behavioural science matters and how it can help leaders; some of the most relevant behavioural science concepts; how to use behavioural science in a practical way to shape decision-making.
What makes it useful:
The combination of theory and practice. While it’s vital to understand how behavioural science works, this workshop shows you very directly how to use it within your organisation to engage employees and customers in a more compelling and empathetic way.
