Role: Studio Manager
Location: Sheffield, UK
(studio based, 3-5 days p/w)
Salary: £35-40k pro-rata
In this multifaceted role, you’ll be an integral part of all projects that go through our studio.
We’re looking for someone who can iron out some of the complexities of running a busy studio, through excellent project management, client service skills and internal brand development.
We know the success of every project comes from the small details. The role will uphold smoother communication between the 3800 team and clients, and ensure budgets/timescales are met.
A confident manager of people and a natural organiser, you’re versatile enough to work across multiple projects and formats at the same time. You'll be driven by delivering projects to a very high standard, focussing on depth and impact over studio churn.
Experience
You'll have relevant experience in:
- Project management
- Client and supplier relations
- Brief writing, proofing and reviewing work
- Organising people and project needs
- Project tracking, evaluation and reporting
- Organising and delivering complex projects
- Setting up internal processes and systems
- Recruitment and team development
- Overseeing design processes
As a bonus:
- Experience of running events
