How do we remove the barriers that stop people from accessing mental health support?
The UK is facing a mental health crisis. We partnered with a local health authority to better understand why people weren’t accessing the support available to them. By uncovering the emotional and practical barriers, from stigma to unfamiliar environments, we reimagined how the service showed up in people’s lives.
From raising awareness in the community to reshaping the experience of walking into the centre, we helped make support feel more visible, accessible and human.
